I wanted to pass on some information that may help more people to purchase a
BrailleNote. Each state has an adaptive loan program. You can call your
Rehabilitation Agency and they should be able to give you the information.
it is a low interest loan, and they will loan up to 90 percent of the money
needed to make the purchase.
If you cannot find this information, please send me a private message, and I
will give you the phone number for your state.

Thank you to those of you who have continued to send some truly awesome
contributions to the list over the last week or two.
However, yet again, I find myself writing to the list, regarding the
amount
of chatter, off topic messages, and condescending remarks being made to
others. For the next week, I am adopting a 0 tolerance policy to rid the
list of this behaviour.
That's enough said but for one thing. If you're going to complain about
a
product, a lack of functionality, or customer/technical support and then
go
and fill the list with chatter that quite frankly, Humanware staff and
others don't need to read, you're damaging your reputation and ridding
yourself of any credibility you may have had previously. If you are one
of
those people who have been doing this, please keep this in mind when you
send messages to the list. We can't be expected to monitor forums such
as
this and also be doing the "hands on" work that needs to be done, in
order
to develop and improve the BrailleNote family of products.
