I'm providing support at a distance to a BrailleNote user with 6.1
software. Within our organisation we use Outlook 2003 as our email
client, accessed through a Microsoft Exchange 2003 server. My user would
like to be able to use his BrailleNote while away from the office to
connect to the server and download new messages and, of course, send
messages.

I have been assured by a BrailleNote supplier that this is possible with
the kit already in possession, and directed to look in the manuals for
information on how to make it happen (the supplier wasn't actually able
to tell me how to do it, just that it could be done). A quick look
through the PDF manual seems to deal only with collecting email through
an ISP using the KeyMail application, or using KeySync to synchronise
email from the Outlook client on a PC, neither of which are my goals. I
have not yet listened to the MP3 connectivity tutorial.

So my question is: has anyone actually achieved connection between a
BrailleNote and a Microsoft Exchange 2003 server to collect their
emails? Or does anyone have a contact not on this list who has done it?
I'd be grateful for any feedback or comments; you can email me at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or via the list.

Thanks in advance,
Steve
