Hello Sally, There is a known issue in KeySoft 5.1 and configuring email. The issue in question is the password not being sent correctly to the POP3 server. Remember that if your email user name and password are the same as your connection credentials, you do not need to put anything in the email user name and password. This is one work around for the issue. However, should this prove necessary, perform a 123 or SDF reset and configure the directory of services entry from there. I would recommend that you delete your current directory of services entry and create a new one with the necessary information from your internet provider.
