I believe that the battery cycle count is obtained by asking the battery
gauge chip. A battery cycle is one charge and one discharge.

I've only had my vnqt mPOWER for about two weeks. When I go into support
information mode and press i it says batery cycle 12. What does this
mean.
I'm not sure how may times I've charged this unit since I've had it.
