I don't have an immediate answer to give you regarding this problem.  Can
you please confirm that you are using KeySoft 6.11?

If you could point me to a URL or send these files directly to me, I'll
investigate this further.

One more thing I would also like to ask you before I go, is whether you know
of other BrailleNote users with the same KeySoft version accessing these
files?
