This is Joseph. If you have a hard disk with 40 GB of storage, Windows will reported as "37.2 GB." It is because a byte is defined as a character. Many industries, particularly the companies who produces hard disks, regard a megabyte (MB) as 1 million bites. However, computers regard a megabyte as 148576 characters (1024 times 1024) because it uses binary to calculate the number of characters. When you closely examine the Flash Disk's capacity you'll notice that the capacity is slightly lower than what you have expected. It is actually 128 MB, however, it shows as something like "disk size: 128365512 bytes" because it reportsd the capacity using Binary calculation (Binary means 2.). This topic also brings me to explain why you coudn't download attachments. First, when you receive an attachment, computers store "temporary" copy of the attachment, and when the download is complete, it "copies" the attachment to the desired location (say Flash Disk). This copying method applies to KeySoft: when you download any file from Internet, it first downloads a temporary copy of the file onto KeySoft System Disk, and when the download is complete, the file is then copied to the desired location. That is the reason wht you can't download files larger than the free space available on the KeySoft System Disk. Dean Jackson stated that from KeySoft 7 you'll be able to download large files from Internet (the only limit is the amount of free space left on the disk that you are downloading to e.g. if you are downloading to Flash Disk, you cannot download files larger than the free space left on Flash Disk.). At this moment KeyWeb does not support write-clicking (because KeyWeb is a completely different enviornment from Internet Explorer although it uses IE as the basic engine.). I hope this information may help you.
