Hello Sharon, If the storage location in KeyMail is set to the storage card option on the BrailleNote PK, you will only be prompted to save email on the card if an email is larger than the size limit you have set in receive options. Any attachments will also be saved to the card. However, your database is still stored on your flashdisk and I would recommend for that reason that you use the method that Rhonda outlined, to save your email in files if you need to access it off the card, otherwise it would also be necessary to copy the email database to the card.
