Hi,

Try Rhonda's steps as it appears you already have.  Now go to the top of 
your file and press Backspace+B and see what happens.

Humanware staff, could we have this addressed in the next release, it's 
a little confusing for users.

this hasn't  made any difference at all. I have just open a  document

started typing, only to find the # sign is still and exclamation mark.
