Hi folks, I think what Jim was trying to say is that to open an e-mail which might be of interest and it says the following one-liners, it takes a lot of time, is all.
Things like: Thanks. or Me to. These are good for the person that helped you but they honestly do take time. Having the subject clear is what has helped me know what to delete or not.
