Hi Dar, I would never claim that the BrailleNote mPower will replace a
laptop in every situation because that is just plain not true. However, I
have found I'm using my laptop less and less. Being able to log onto a
corporate network and edit documents in Braille that are stored on my
network drive at the office, listening to Podcasts and streams, taking a
hard drive with my entire music collection on it when I travel, and making
basic recordings are all things I do with BrailleNote mPower that I
previously would have used my laptop for. The speed really helps as well.

Can you take this on a job and replace it for a lap top instead?
Then bring it home when you go home at night?
