There is no danger of a battery over charging because the software stops the charging of the battery once the battery has reached full capacity. It is in fact possible to ruin a battery by over charging as per the notes on a lot of cell phones. 4. what is the polarity voltage and current draw of the BN. family? I have seen several messages on this list about buying off the shelf products and my concern is that if you don't know what you are doing people could in fact ruin the product would HumanWare honour the warrantee in that case.
