She is asking what a tv band is.  A tv band would give us access to tv chanels 
on our BN.  One of the men said to forget it, because it is just a dream.  It 
is almost imposible for us to ever have that feature.  Hope you understand, 
now.  Just be happy with the radio feature.  I sure am!

By the way, a band usually refers to a group of consecutive stations, whether 
they be radio, tv or shortwave or I guess there might be something else out 
there I don't know about.
