Hi, Chuck Sounds like your original .cdb file is corrupted, so simply moving it to a different source won't fix the problem. If you've made a recent backup of the list, you could try restoring that. However, if you haven't backed up your list in a while, then I'm afraid you're in trouble. I, too, learned the hard way that at least backing up my important files such as address details is a good idea. I know of no way to repair corrupted files, I'm afraid.

I moved the address list .cdb file onto a compact flash card thus removing it from the keylist directory on the flash disk. Prior to this I had exported the data from the address list file by using the export database to CSV option of the "Database Conversion" option in the "Utilities" menu. 2.. I then went back in to the KeyList menu and accessed the address list. I was prompted to create a new address list database and responded in the affirmative. 3.. Once the empty address list file had been created I again used the database conversion option and chose import database from CSV. 4.. Once the address list was again filled I attempted to copy addresses to it again as stated above and received the same error. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me on resolving this issue as I need to move all the entries in my other file to the default "address list" file.
