No.  It's not my outlet.  my NLS tape player and my cell phone charger plug
in there as well, alternating with the BN, and they are working fine.
However, since this is a job emergency, my rehab people are taking care of
it right away.  Yay.

you might want to try another plug in the house.  It could be your outlet.
For your sake, I hope it is.  Calling an electrition is a lot cheaper than
getting a BN fixed.

Sherry, when you put the adapter in, did it say "Ac adapter on?" 
Does that particular outlet work? I know it may seem like a funny 
question.  Turn it off, plug it in, then turn it back on.  
Hopefully, this will solve it.
