We did call and they knew nothing.

Now, since I just had a transplant, and had paid for service on the unit
before it went for its transplant, what should my status be?

Hello Rose and list:

We are currently in the process of updating the SDW site to deal with
KeySoft 7 key downloads and those who have remaining SMA counts. Therefore,
I would suggest not calling Humanware till next Monday regarding SMAs if
your SMA counts aren't showing on the SDW site as you will likely find that
the problem has been corrected as a result of the updates.

If this isn't the case by next week however, I would send an email to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with your serial number and other relevant information.

If it says you have the privilege, count your blessings, I have a receipt
here that says I pad for both my units in November, but both serial numbers,
the one for the not yet transplanted and the transplanted units list me as
having no SMA and show I can download the key for 6.1.

I hate using the phone to play phone tag, but it appears I will have to
spend my time off doing so.

You just enter the first five digits of your serial number, then enter frog1
as the user name or password.
