We did call and they knew nothing. Now, since I just had a transplant, and had paid for service on the unit before it went for its transplant, what should my status be?

Therefore, I would suggest not calling Humanware till next Monday regarding SMAs if your SMA counts aren't showing on the SDW site as you will likely find that the problem has been corrected as a result of the updates. If this isn't the case by next week however, I would send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with your serial number and other relevant information. I hate using the phone to play phone tag, but it appears I will have to spend my time off doing so.
