Hi Stan,What are you using for your preferred reading grade? ALSO, are you running any multilingual software for your Braillenote? If so, I would check to see if you are using the English computer Braille table found under the Braille display options. The reason I say this is that when my unit is switched to the Spanish computer Braille table and I am reading anything in computer Braille, the punctuations look different because they are set to Spanish.
