Ok where do you go to erase the planner files and stuff?
Never mind I'll call tech support tomorrow.

Oh, it is okay to leave files checked if you want to synchronize them. It
is just the other things like the calendar and tasks that you need to
uncheck. Files is the only one that will work with ActiveSync directly, as
the
planner and address list use KeySync.

Yeh I did leave files checked because it kept saying syncing files.
So, Let me reread this message and then I'll ask if I still don't understand
it.

Hi Mary Ellen and All,

When you set up your partnership with the PC and PK, did you by any chance
do what I did, meaning inadvertently leave some of those other boxes
checked
as things for the PK to sync with? If memory serves in my case, when
setting up the partnership, at least the calendar and tasks were checked
by
default, and I didn't think to uncheck them. So, and I hope my memory and notes are indeed correct here; but, according to them, Dean Jackson had me
delete all the files in the flash disk keyplan folder, doing
this after I had first done a 1 2 3 reset. Then, once this was done, I
did
a normal reset and the PK took a little longer getting to the main menu,
so
as to recreate those planner files.

Hi folks!
Finally, I have a decent computer and I am running into a problem where
the
planner on the pk will not sync with outlook. I keep receiving the message
"Task not valid."
How do I fix this asI am going away next week and will definitely need the
information on the planner when I am away.
I have created the necessary partnership and really haven't the slightest
idea what is making the task impossible.
Do I have to go into the pk and fix something or should I simply not
connect
to keysync and see what happens?
Thanks for reading.
