Hi Dean. In the manual, it advises against doing a service reset because damage could be done to the unit which would render it unusable. I have reluctantly performed a service reset after my battery has gone completely flat to get my machine working again. My question is, what should I be careful of when doing a service reset to avoid damaging my new braille note mpower? Is there a right way or a wrong way of performing this kind of reset? I just don't want to screw anything up. Thanks.
