This has nothing to do with the list, but I, as a woman who has worked very hard for women's rights to be seen as individuals, and now in my fifties, wish with all my heart that you'd take that quote OUT of your signature... it perpetuates a stereotype which is really negative. I find it offensive to have that quote anywhere close to what Nelson Mandella said.
