I don't think I ever turned on compatibility mode as I have never used
any other note taker.

Rose, if compatibility mode is turned on, the command to enter the block
commands menu will be dots 23 with enter, bhut that doesn't work on a
web page, as it clashes with the navigation commands; so you may want to
have a look under the utilities menu to turn of compatibility mode.

Rose, I hope I'm understand what you said.
If you see a website in an email, you can go to the beginning of it,
block the top of block, go to the end, block it into the clipboard,
then, press Backspace with I for the address. Press Backspace with V,
and press Enter. That will put you at the website you're looking for.

I was in the browser last night and wanted to paste a URL from an
e-mail
that I had copied to the clipboard. Alas, I discovered there are no
block commands in the browser, so I could not paste. Or, am I missing
something again?

Jane,
that sounds like what you need to do. Cut and paste it to My document
and
then clean it up there.

I am looking at a web page that has text in one of the frames--it's a
