First, you can edit your copy and that's handy for people in choir because some changes are always made. You can't make changes in a hard copy unless you write it over again. Second, you can take hymn books and Bibles with you. You can't lug around braille Bibles or hymn books unless you have a cart or wheelbarrow. I believe it's a good idea to have a backup of Bibles and hymn books in hard copy in case the electricity goes out and the battery in your BN is dead. If you correspond with a blind person who doesn't have a notetaker or braille display, you'd need to put the letter on paper. Sighted companies still use paper and send stuff by snail mail. I haven't sent a printed letter in the mail for I don't know how long. I use email, (grin). By the way, the BrailleNote is the best tool for ham radio operators to write down the check-ins for nets and handling traffic, radiograms. It beats the PC and even the good old Perkins brailler.
