Hi Kim, there's one piece of information that I don't think you've given
us, which is I suspect the crucial one. You've given us the bit rate, but
not the sampling rate. For files to play on the classic, the sampling rate
needs to be a multiple of 11025.

Hi: - Thanks for the suggestion however, the files are on a compact flash
card and that is where I am trying to access them from. All the best. -

Kim:
You might not have enough room on your flash disk. Try playing the files
from a compact flash card or micro drive.

Subject: [Braillenote] Podcasts

Hi: - I would like to inquire on a problem I am having with playing some
podcasts on my BN-QT through the media player. The three files in question
are all three mp3 files. Each file is identical except for the file size,
the confusing thing is that the one file that will play is the larger size
file. The other two files when I click on them the only thing that happens
is my BN locks up, and I am forced to do a reset. There is one other tiny
difference in the three files, the one file which will play is a 56BPS
file,
while the other two files although smaller in content length I've noticed
are 64BPS files. If this is the problem, is there anyway of converting
this
files to 56bps. Any advice, suggestions, etc. are greatly appreciated.
Thanks and all the best. - Kim Share your yesterdays, dream of tomorrow,
