Hi Peggy, there is no speed advantage to going with Bluetooth, but it is a
more robust way to connect because of infra-red's directionality. If you
get the infra-red ports out of alignment, there is a chance the two devices
will lose touch with one another. However, if you have that one under
control, then that's great and you may not find any real benefits. I must
say though that I do like being able to access the Internet without even
having to take the phone out of my pocket.

Jonathan, is there any difference in speed between connecting via
infrared and connecting via bluetooth?  If so, I might just have to
set up a bluetooth connection.  If not, I'll just keep using my infrared.
