I know everyone could say "Me too", but I'm saying it (hopefully on behalf of all) because we recently purchased our mPower and also went through a disappointing look at Humanware's WEB site for answers. Fortunately, I got them from this list! Come on though, Humanware, you could give us lots of information perhaps including (and not limited to) answers to frequently asked questions on this list.
