They do have a cheaper SMA than a lot of placesout there. Some of the 
upgrades are free.

Sarai, what do you mean exactly that the BN's upgrades are free? If you went 
from 5.0 to 5.1, yes, or 6.1 to 6.11, yes.  Other than that, they're not 
free.
