Terry,

I've seen these boxes on book share.  One works like this.  If you come in and 
log in for the first time, the security box is warning you that you are about 
to see secured information.
The other one has to do with transfers.  Suppose you have logged in and want a 
newspaper, such as the New York Times or something.  The site warns you that 
before you go there to get it, information will be exchanged.  I just hit the 
go button or yes button by pressing return.  Hope this helps.
