Hi james, I don't know a lot about the MPower, but I do know that both that and the Cbbassic BrailleNote (which I have) do support pop3. I'll have to play around with Google and see if I can get it to work. I can't answer your question about synchronizing with Outlook or whatever. i'm sorry. Jane
