Hi, the way I get to the none folder is, when it asks for the  folder name I 
just type none.

This works for me.

The easiest way to get to the none folder is to press the slash key, the one 
below the enter key.

Another way to get to a subfolder is to type /foldername/subfoldername.
Another trick is this: once you have found the folder you have subfolders 
in, press the right arrow key then, instead of pressing the down arrow key, 
you can press the space bar.  I find that easier than down arrow. If you 
want to go back a layer, press the left arow key.

I think what's confusing is Keysoft calls subfolders directories instead of 
subfolders.
