Let me tell you I agree with you about some people steeling anything. I was reading something online in a deaf newspaper a week or so ago where someone had stolen the processor part of a young child's cochliar implant. What on earth would an ordinary joe bloe person use it for? It is tuned to the specific frequencies of the user, and no hearing person could do anything with it without the implant part. But, it seems there are some people who just can't keep their dirty little hands from taking what doesn't belong to them. So yes, I can see some idiot stealing a bn even though it's of no use to them at all! Hopefuly this is, however, a rare event. I have never had it happen to me and hopefuly never will!
