I probably had a maintenance aggreement, but I bought the unit over five years ago, so don't know if it's still good anymore. The funny thing is, if I tip the bn forward and give it a light shake, often today I have been able to get it to work normally. I'm thinking it's either a short, or something is stuck in there that gets moved when I shake it.
