Hi Paul, actually when you buy windows xp upgrades in the package there's a sticker, (the product key) that should be stuck to the back of your computer. when you buy a new computer with xp pre installed on a desktop or laptop, the product key is stuck to the back or bottom of the system. -- Chris G <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
