Hi Stacey,

The two SD cards I've seen brand new did come in cases, they were both made by
Sandisk. One of them is that wonderful combination SD card/USB thumb drive.

>> Hi Sue,

>> The SD card is about the size of a postage stamp, although more
>rectangular. The top surface is almost completely smooth. The bottom
>surface is smooth for most of its length, and there are several small
>grooves at one end. At this same end, one of the corners is slightly
>beveled. The groovy end goes into the unit, with the grooves facing down,
>toward the underside of the unit.

>> The SD card slot is located on the rear panel of the BrailleNote,
>immediately to the right of the power jack. The card slot is at the bottom
>edge of the panel. Directly above the card slot is a tiny USB port, the
>client port that is used to connect via ActiveSync. Immediately to the
>right of, and slightly above, the card slot is the Compact Flash slot.

>> When you insert the SD card, it won't click into place, as does a CF card.
>As soon as the card is inserted, you should see "sd card ready" on your
>display. When you want to remove the card, press gently on the edge of the
>card that protrudes from the BN, and it will pop out of the slot.
