Hi Dean,
Well, it has been almost two weeks. Any word from the developers?
Also, I bought a new computer and did a fresh install of
Activesync and had the same problem where the PK wouldn't
connect--or stay connected for more than a few seconds before the usb
disconnect sound. It toggled between those two states until the
computer announced that the USB device wasn't going to work.

Hello Richard,
I'll need to talk with one or two of the BrailleNote Developers and get back
to you on this one. I can't say that I've personally seen this in our
release builds so I'll see what other possible solutions we might try.
Regards,
Dean Jackson

Hi Dean,
No. I did a c1c4 reset, plugged the usb cable back in and it is
doing the connect/reconnect/connect/reconnect dance again.
Any other ideas?
Richard
