This is Joseph. The index.dat file is a hidden system
file. It can only be deleted when you reset the unit
with dots 4-5-6. The index.dat file is specifically
used by Internet Explorer 6.0 for Pocket PC, which
KeyWeb uses as the core engine. This is only availible
for Windows CE 4.2 (actually Windows CE 3.0.). The IE
used in KeyWeb prior to KeySoft 6.x is IE 4.01. I hope
