Sarah,
this is what I am trying to find out. I saw richard turner's statement 
that he put this n his website. but I've not downloaded it yet. I am not 
sure how to implement it once I download it. Perhaps Jonathan or dean 
jackson could shed some more light on this? I am buying the keyboard 
though.
