hi, i reset my braillenote at least once a week. just to get some of the quarks out. you don't want to reset when you are in the middle of a document or writing an email message if you can help it. you want to do it from the main menu. think of the reset button like restarting your computer. -- Chris G <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
