Hi: - This is absolutely not true, A audio, mp3, etc., file can be copied
using the cut and paste command, or the copy and paste command. I've done
it many of times over the years on various audio files and have not
experienced any problem with the transfer, (i.e. damage, loss of data,
etc.). A file is a file. I have even actually moved folders of audio/mp3
files from one location to another location without a hitch. All the best.

Thanks Terry. I haven't copied mp3 files, so I didn't realize there was a
different copy command.
Sorry Nancy. I didn't mean to lead you astray.
