Hi Les and list,

I couldn't agree more! I would say I have had excellent service from Humanware with my BN through the years and hope to have even more of that excellent service in the future. I acknowledge though things can happen! I was appealing to some for patience in view of all that has come down recently! It was others who were impatient with customer service, not myself but then I'm always interested in what others have to say!

Hi Jim,

I really do believe Humanware is trying to provide solid service. Last
week, in working with a consumer, we apparently had some confusion over an
accessory that we thought we had purchased. It turned out that we didn't,
but because HW acknowledged that there was confusion, the accessory was sent
out to us. They didn't have to do this, and I would have authorized
payment, but it was an outstanding gesture on their part. I think staff at
Humaware is reallly trying to improve their image, especially after the
negatives they received after the time-consuming upgrade to 6.1.
Best Regards,

Les

I'm truly pleased Kim got her answer and is well on her way to upgrade!
Keep up the great work!
