I believe that is in fact the case Paul I have an older and a newer
board and the older most defiantly last longer.

That is an error they need to fix, probably from the older manuals when
we 
had 4.0.
Otherwise, they have a serious problem with stating actual fact when 
marketing their product.
However, even when I had my classic bn, someone at humanware told me
that 
the new boards didn't get anywhere near the operating time of the older 
ones. As I understood it, the new boards took more power to run and
thus, 
ran for less hours.
