No. keysoft being a shell is a known fact. I do not assume, cause then I'll look stupid. And the reason why dean or jonathan or no one from hw says anything when I submitted the same thing directly to jonathan and to the tech support folks and to the bp. Is cause they know my findings are correct.

I believe your miss leading the customers again by telling them that keyword is a actual word processor when in fact it is a name given to the option on the keysoft shell but its underlying engine in in fact word pad. This sounds familiar such as it did when miss information was giving in the users manual about the "most popular" protocols being supported by the email program. When in fact it is only when the pop protocols, and the humanware says that the unit is for on the go professionals, but tell me I could have swore that more professionals used exchange over pop. Cause pop is only for isp uses.
