Hello Theresa,
If you have a manual folder on the flashdisk, please advise me what the
names of the files are in the folder, remembering to show all including
hidden files from the directory option in the file manager menu.
Otherwise,
I think you need to speak to a support representative in the nearest
Humanware office.
