Hi Richard, It appears that there may have been some batteries in the first
batch of BrailleNote mPowers that were not fully up to spec. As we get more
information about any issues some customers are experiencing, we're doing
our own tests to ensure that that is in fact all that is wrong. This is a
brand new product that by and large has gone smoothly, and we're certainly
totally committed to ironing out any issues that are identified. So
certainly there are some customers who are having behaviour that isn't
expected, and at this point our view is that this relates to faulty
batteries. We are however conducting further tests to be sure that this is
the case.

Can you assure us that the battery is equally reliable?
