Hi Teri; Why do the line breaks only appear when you put your cursor on them. they are read but do not show up in the braille unless you cursor over to them. Terry Powers

These line breaks are the same as "soft returns" on a PC. The braille symbol for them is a computer dollar sign l. When you manually press the enter key, the BN will ad a new line symbol. These are called "new line" and they are the same as a "hard return" on a PC. The braille symbol for a hard return is computer dollar sign p. The difference between a line break or soft return and new line or hard return is line breaks will change as you add or delete words and sentences in your document but the new lines you add manually will remain permanently.
