No, Isaac, Rhonda is exactly right. a .brf file is a Braille file, formatted, in grade II Braille, so you can search it by typing Grade Two Braille into the "find what" field. A text file needs to be searched using Computer Braille. If you are going to use this file exclusively on your very own BrailleNote, and not have to share it with someone else who uses a different device, then you can save it as .brf or Keyword Braille or whatever, which will make searching easier, perhaps. The translator doesn't have anything to do with it.
