Leslie, when you get the message "error 608" that means the PK has not found your m odem yet! You haven't told Pk what your modem is. When you pit the modem type in the machine, you need to have the modem in slot or connected to the cable. When i was setting up the modem with tech support, he told me I needed to have modem in slot when I setup on PK! Isaac
