Jonathan, unless I'm missed something, I see that BrailleNote users will have 
an advantage.  There are many people with the Qwerty, and no Braille display.  
I haven't seen much addressed regarding them.  Those with the Braille display 
can send their unit in.  As I stated, I'm not seeing much help for those with 
the VoiceNote.
