Hello Richard,

There has been no change to the USB implementation of Activesync in KeySoft
7. I am aware of some people experiencing problems staying connected with
Activesync via USB on the BrailleNote PK an issue for which I do not have
an immediate explanation. However, we'll continue to do some testing with
this in mind and as soon as we have an explanation, we'll let you know.

For those of you who are experiencing difficulties connecting via USB using
a BrailleNote PK, please let me know off the list and directly what
operating system you are using. You might also want to try using another
USB port on your PC if one is available.

Regards,
