hi,
the same thing happened to  me using the sysco card in the pc card slot
of my mPower.
I called tech support because my mPower was so new, i guess the tech
support person I spoke to did not know about the service reset.
so i had to send it back to humanware in calafornia.
it's on it's way back to me now though so everything is goodonce again.
i'll report more if it happens again.
