Hey!

Someone may have already answered your question, because I haven't got to the
end of the many emails in my internet service provider mailbox, but in case
they haven't, I hope I can help you.

Because I'm from New Zealand, I don't have a password either, because I can't
get one. It would be so cool to get one, but I can't.

So, what I do is enter a word to search for in the search field (make sure
you're searching for title), then click search.

Bookshare will present a list of books containing that word (e.g. piano), then
I use the find forward command, to find all the books labelled public domain.

Beware, that if you use a word that will be very common in many titles, e.g.
him, her, girl, boy, love, etc, you will most definitely be presented with as
many as 200 plus search results. But, using the find forward command, helps
you get through them quickly, without having to read each title to find the
public domain label. You can of course search for author. All of the
Shakespeare books are public domain.

I've downloaded so many cool books this way, books I haven't even heard about,
and they're such great reads.

I would like to get at books like Harry Potter and the like, but I guess
that'll have to wait till we can get a similar book sharing site up and running.

Hope that helps
Kind regards
Olitta
