Hi!

Ok. Thank you for the help. Are you saying that you can not adiquitly format

a word document in order for it to be visually atractive I.E bold, italics,

underline, advanced paragraph formatting... ETC?

Are you not able to do this and then print directly from the BN, allowing

the formatting to be viewed correctly?

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the response.

In Christ, Miranda

Subject: re: [Braillenote] Compatible printers?

Greetings:

I have been able to print to a number of printers on my Classic BrailleNote

running Keysoft v5.1: I frequently print on an HP3200 series laser printer

at work and on HP 600 and 800 series inkjet printers at home.

Weekly I have to print out copies of my schedule for the front desk and

other staff. Interestingly these print jobs don't print correctly on the

first try. Usually the first attempt prints out a blank page or only the

first 2 or 3 Monday appointments and I have to go through the process again.

However, by the second or third try everything goes smoothly and prints

beautifully.

I'm anticipating using the USB for connecting to the HP3200 so I don't have

to switch cables back and forth for every braillenote print job. When will

the call for the transplant come?

Of course I print documents from a PC rather than from the braillnote - I

want them formatted for the light dependent.
